I'm a twenty year old college student figuring out what kind of routine brings balance to my life. When you're constantly stressing out over exams and projects - your skin and body tend to suffer. Stress and improper nutrition have caused my skin to break out, my body to lose/gain weight, and *many* headaches. Hopefully I can save someone from all the trouble I went through!
My dermatologist has prescribed me Differin, Retin-A, Salicylic acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, multiple antibiotics, and Accutane TWICE - and nothing worked for me (at least not permanently). After wasting hundreds of dollars on prescriptions... I decided to try a different alternative - the natural way. I've been trying this for over a year now and it is SO much better. I'm still trying to make improvements - but I look and feel better than I ever have.
